Assembly consisting of a polyet™↓♠hylene tank (2.5 - 25 litres) with•λ a support for wall m↓↔®ounting and valve assembly with a maγ✘intenance unit. At the maintenance unit is con↔α∞nected the unfiltered and no₩£n-lubricated air power (6↔σ‍β - 9 bar). The spray a±≈ ir pressure is set with th£×e pressure regulator. ↓ΩγWe recommend a low spray air pr<λ×essure of 0.5 to max.÷♣₩♣ 1.5 bar. By the solenoid valves 24V DC in air₽☆σ and fluid pipes is a mountiβ∞‌ng of the valve and contain®¥• er groups up to max. 1000 mm ofλ$ upper as also underneath the sprδ↓✘₹ay heads possible. The selection of the spray head de♣ε™pends on the application ar∞≈↑ea and in particular, on the c&"★£onditions under which the machine is t✘'∏o be used. In many casσ'es the deciding factors σφε"are the room conditions, the f→Ω¶eed line direction for the fluid an↕σ‌πd also the ambient tem₽≈$✘perature. Our technical s↔$≠taff have many years experience in m₽€™αinimum quantity technology and will fiααγnd a solution for your workplac÷₩e.

Our Spray head’s are available ✘"in series B and R. This is recogniz<₹₽∑able by the last letter of our produc≤£t’s name, e.g. PTRB. <↓✘±Series B is supplied with a ball con>ε¥nection piece for assembly to a£¶ HPM support. Series R is s☆↕, upplied with a thread for as÷₽₽"sembly to the customer’s appliance.

Depending on the application we re<×commend our universal P↑φTR, the smallPSM, th≈ε☆♣e PCJ with a 360° adjusβ•table spray head, the PBMJ or the "≥ QSR Spray head. To spray a large surfa♥≠→ce we recommend a SRJ-, PS∏♠>M- or PBMJ- nozzle bar .
