Established in 1954, Cemp was among th&&"'e first companies in Italy φ≈to manufacture flameproo♠ f motors. Over the years, the proφΩduct range has broadened introd•ucing flameproof motors with β←brake, electric pumps for ↑✘Ωprinting machines, flamep↕∞roof motors for Group IIC gases and f'or mining. In 1998 Cemp ente red a new growth phase± joining a large group of private i"☆nvestors and in 2000 it acquired Atav ∑γ↑(nowadays Cemp France) a Fre÷β★nch company specializing in sma↑♠✔ ll aluminium flameproof motors. I♣ε∏•n November 2007 Cemp w>€✔as acquired by ABG Group, ∑♥seven years later Cemp joint Regal Bel↑♣★±oit.
Who is Regal Beloit
Our roots, established more than h↕alf a century ago, originated∑> in the domestic manuf©§€acture of metal cutting tσ∏®ools and gear boxes.¶¶↓& In 1955 we were known as Beloit Tool a' δnd set up shop in a roller♥λ÷ rink in Beloit, Wisconsin. We have movδΩed our corporate headquarters a₽σ÷nd re-branded our company several ti←•™mes since 1955. We current$πly reside in downtown Beloit, Wi÷↔€sconsin and are now known as simply$δ “Regal.”
