SLM is designed for high p'£®recision length measurement ofαδ↔ε discrete parts, which are goods ✘≠€in pieces as e.g. tubes, rods, turni∑§ng workpieces, plates, profiles, const±÷↑ruction solid wood, structural ti ×↕mber, tiles,etc. SLM can be used γ←for target lengths in be&→tween e.g. 10 mm up to 4000 ¥™mm (up to 10000 mm with future version®<>•s). SLM achieves an accuracy of appro&✔♠x. +/- 0.1 mm/m with a ★→βrepeatability of +/- 0.03 mm.↔ The system is design↑★♥↔ed for 100% inline measureme•→nt as well as for man∑≥≥αual random sample testing. SLM₹<∑ can be easily integra π₽∑ted into machines and ✘♥₩can optionally be equipped with "♠display, good / waste "₹indicator, good / waste counter, s£₩πorting devices or eve™₹★n already integrated inβ↓↕♠to complete conveyor syst®∑®ems. An other option is to↑↔ equip the unit with an addit←∑€ional scale to automatically me&asure meter weight, which is a stan±αdard task in extrusion processes.
