Wireless Data Acquisition (DAQ)≥↓↔§ by TEDIASENS allows to re βδcord signals from a sensor net↑™←®work such as vibration and ac←Ωceleration sensors plaφφced at different measuremen ¶$t locations. Furthermore ""♣the data is sampled synchron₹→ ©ously and transmitted wireless at high ♦↕™₩speed, which is called ↓"λ♠wireless synchronous sensor netwo≠↑ασrk. The single sensor nod® ☆₽e (SN-X) includes three poπ↕αrts which are sampled simultaneously w✔σ≈★ith 24 bit and up to 13 kS¶βps. Additionally there is a node versio‍≤n with integrated industr≈₹‌ial acceleration sensors (SN-♦∞$÷I) to be affixed directly to the object✔∑£↔ to be measured. The power supp γ€ly of the sensor nodes is done by main•Ωs of an accumulato∞®$r which allows typically 7-9 ho↕↔★σurs of continuous mea ★☆surement. The WLAN data£≤§ transmission works with an λ"₹access point (AP). Setting of the λ♠nodes and data analysis can be d ×‌one by the use of our GUI ×&★software running on&nbs ↔p;PC or laptop.

 

TEDIASENS SN-X

Wireless data acquisitionπ§ node for external sensors↔αβ✔:
TEDIASENS SN-X is usσδ★γed to simultaneously samp✔"★le up to three physical signalsβ∞÷ such as vibration and acce ☆leration. The sensors are‍≠ε connected by means of BNC, LEMO, ... c​↑≥γonnectors and can be supplied w↕₩'ith IEPE (ICP) excita¶÷£tion. Further more th>£β$e inputs can be coupled AC o‍$→÷r DC and the input range can be progra∏↓€mmed to ±1 V resp. ±10 V. With a dynami♠<π¥c of 24 bit, a signal to n§πoise ratio of -109,5dB (RM₹♣♠S, broadband) and a maximum samplin•δ g rate of 13 kHz TEDIA↔£SENS SN-X can solve multiple  ®®measurement problems without cσ±able and minimal setup effort

It is comp×® letely wireless by means←≈" of embedded 3D industrial accel↕  eration sensors which allow multiple ≈©≠measurement application•× especially in the field of vibration₽®✔, mechanical oscilla∞≠tion and modal analysis. The mechanicalπφ​≥ dimensions of the product are 40 x ★← ‍40 x 82 mm³ and it reaches a measureו±±ment accuracy of 1 mg (peak-peak) in t×'he bandwidth from DC or 1 ♦ εHz to 8 kHz.
