EXAIR’s Super Air Amplifier has a pate∏↓nted* design that uses a special shi→←m to maintain criticπal position of the compone↓€nt parts. As a result, a preci±∞ ¥se amount of compressed air is re∞×∏§leased at exact intervals toward ≈↑the center of the Super Air Amplifier¶£Ω. These jets of air cr★αeate a constant, high velocity outφ∞let flow across the entire cross §σsectional area. Additional free ai✘αεr is pulled through the unit, resultin←<÷g in higher amplification rε↑atios. The balanced outlet airflow min♥≠₩imizes wind shear to prodΩ♣→uce sound levels that are typica♦λ₩♦lly three times quieter than other aλγ→ir movers. From a “blast” to a “br÷★✔eeze”, they are ideal for exhausting sm ✘±oke, cooling hot parts,γ φ distributing heat in oven₽£s or molds and drying compon§©ents.
Super Air Amplifiers are supplie≤φ♥d with a .003" (0.08mm) slotted air g•∏ap which is ideal for most applicati≥$↔ons. Flow and force can be incre ₹ased by replacing the shim with a> thicker .006" (0.15mm)§₹₹ or .009" (0.23mm) shim. σ∑ Model 120028 is suppliλ£ed with a .009" (0.23mm) air ga$₹p. A .015 (0.39mm) shim is avai&εεlable for Model 12002π↔♣✘8.
